Rosemary Honey Healing Tea

Posted in by Michael | Edit
Rosemary traditionally has been used as a healing remedy for colds, indigestion, or fatigue.  This tea is particularly useful at times when you are feeling depleted or depressed.

You will need three tablespoons of fresh rosemary, a strainer, honey, two cups, and boiling water.

Begin steeping the rosemary in a cup of boiling water for fifteen minutes.  Next, strain the rosemary out by pouring the liquid through the strainer into another cup.  Add honey to sweeten the tea.  Allow it to cool a bit, then hold the cup of tea in your hands and empower it by saying:

May the essence of honey and rosemary
Impart their healing powers into me
So that I might feel strong and healthy
With the blessing of nature, so shall it be!

Now sip the tea slowly, imagining the healing powers moving into your body.

Blessed Be!!
