Healing a Virus

Ingredients:
A green candle
A picture of yourself when healthy
An orange
A knife

Place the orange on the picture which should be face up.  Light the candle.

Chant....

"Sickness comes and sickness goes
from my head to my toes
As I make this orange bleed
The sickness will pass out of me"

Cut the orange in half with the knife.  Eat one half and bury the other half open side down outside.
